We can provide your sample as your request size. But the sample has the cost. If formal order confirmed, the sample charge can be totally returned to you.
3.What is your delivery time for mass production?
Usually 20-25days after the deposit confirmed
4.What is your payment terms?
1)T/T 30% as deposit,and the balance againet the B/L copy or at sight L/C
5.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
We have QC inspection team who are working in our factory,they inspect each orders' producing with our company's rules and customers' requirements from materials to final finished packed goods till they are loaded into the containers,during this process,we send more photos to you to check,so please rest assured about the quality
6.What other service can we get?
1)We have our own R & D center with a strong and profesional can do OEM and ODM,we can help to make your LOGO or your shipping mark on the goods or the packing cartons etc,if you need,please let me know.
2)We are looking for wholesalers,dealers,agents etc in many countries,hope we can work together and develop the market,so if you are interested in,we would do our best to suppurt and service.

2.How much time will it cost to install?	Two man 2 hours for single carport.
3.What is the wind load and snow load?	It can resist 10-class Typhoon and can load 50kg snow every square meter.
4.Which is your best seller?	Single carport, double carport, H and D series canopy.
5.How many pieces in one 20GP container?	40 sets for single carport and 32 sets for double carport.
6.How you pack this carport?	We packed all this carport in a wooden box.

10. Warranty and life time of carport?	We guarantee 2 years and the carport can be used at least 15 years.
11.Can you make the size we want?	Yes, we will calculate the cost according your drawing and quantity.
12.Can this carport be folded?	It is fixed.
13.How to fix the foundation to the ground?	It was fixed with 6 foundation screws of 20cm to the wood or beton ground. Pls see attached the drawing of the foundation.
14. Is the height adjustable for different car?	Actually our carport is suitable for all kinds of car. The height can be a little adjustable.
15. How can you connect the carport together for parking lot?	Our carport can be connected as long as you want. We use rubber sealant to prevent lekage.
16.How we can help our clients to sell carport?	1. We can offer you some catalogue with your LOGO. 2. We can design some customerized product for you. 3. We will gather some clients' information for you in your country. 4. Making billboard in different areas.
